Easy Returns & Exchanges: If an error is deemed on our part, we will cover the issue. In such cases, a replacement reprint will be issued to resolve the error. Photographic evidence of the defect must be submitted within 3 days of delivery for verification.
Hassle-Free Process: For any package lost in transit, notify us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Once the loss is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Shipping & Accuracy: The purchaser is strictly liable for reshipment costs on orders returned to the facility due to an insufficient address or failure to claim the package from the carrier.
All Sales Final: Every piece is custom-manufactured for the Spotlight fam; therefore, all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind.
Formal Claim Requirement: You must contact our support team to submit a problem report before any action can be taken. We cannot process replacements if you return an item without contacting us first or if the report is submitted after the 3-day or 14-day deadlines.
